To start using our service, we do recommend broadband connection of 512k/128k and above.

A step by step guide is available here. To explain briefly:

1. Open a BBPGlobal account for FREE. You will be assigned an extension number.
2. Download one of our softphone and install following the instructions given. OR
3. Purchase one of our recommended hardware and install following the instructions given. OR
4. BYO hardware and setup with our settings.
5. Recharge your account and change to the plan you like.
6. Now you are ready to make calls! View our dialling procedures here.

For your friends to call you, they would need to dial one of our access numbers, and key in your extension number when prompted. Then they would be able to reach you.

Moreover, DID Numbers are available for purchase. You can purchase as many numbers as you like, and divert them to your extension, mobile or landline numbers*.

* Credit in account is required to divert DID numbers to mobile or landline numbers.
